- Shipping & Delivery
- We offer FREE Ground Shipping on orders over $100. We send these items by various couriers and sometimes in multiple boxes based on where the inventory is located. This offer excludes any oversized items or extra heavy items that can't be shipped via UPS. If such an item is ordered and the system assigns FREE Shipping, you will receive a call with the shipping amount prior to us releasing your order. Most orders ship within 24-72 hours after they are placed on our website. You will receive an additional email within 24-48 hrs with your shipping confirmation and tracking information or an order update with an approximate ship date.
- Privacy & Security
- Information collected on this site is used to enhance your experience on this site. Email addresses are used to compmunicate with you and if you choose to join our email list you will receive valuable offers and new product releases.
- Returns & Replacements
- Returns on unopen items that are in original sealed condition may be made for 30 days from date of purchase. All open items must contain all manufacturer original components including warranty and manuals. Items missing these components or having signs of use/misuse are subject to inspection by Creative Rewards Returns and may be declined or a fee may be applied with only partial credit refunded. Items that come damaged or broken MUST be reported within 3 business days of deliverey. After 3 days please contact the manufacturer for your warranty.
- Ordering
- Orders may be made online using a major credit card or PayPal. We reserve the right to cancelany order that has a different bill to / ship to address or is suspicious in nature. Gift card orders can only be made by a corporation and the credit card billing address must match the company address. Your email correspondance must also come from your company email address. You may choose to pay by company check. Gift card orders are subject to state and federal compliance. We will cancel all orders that don't comply.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- The pricing and promotions on our site may be changed throughout the day. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that contain a pricing error. We will contact you and offer the best true pricing available. Thanks for understanding. We are also human and if the price is too good like $9.99 instead of $99.99 we probably messed up. It happens once in a while!
- Some promotional items are limited to 1 per customer or need to be purchased in larger quantities. The system will notify you when you attempt to checkout.
- Email participants will at times get promotion codes that are limited in use and will not work for new customers. Existing customers can make the purchase on behalf of their friends or family members.
- Viewing Orders
- Once you place an order you can come back and login and view your order history. Orders are processed quickly and changing quantities or adding items may need to be done on a separate order or via customer service.
- Updating Account Information
